Boys and Girls Club, local schools, as board member for One Stage Family Theatre, the non-profit, and also a dance studio owner. 
Each if these experiences have given me the opportunity to witness many individuals finding their safe spaces and
thriving both academically and mentally through the arts.
Nine years ago, at nineteen years old, when I made the leap to invest in creativity at a grander scale it was hard for people to take a 19 year old business owner seriously. But staying rooted in my values; Integrity – perseverance – compassion I was able to establish myself and encourage more people to understand my brand despite my age. 

Lessons by Lexe: Dance Studio offers classes for all ages and many different styles. Our mission is to bring out the inner lion- the
courage, stability, consistency and wild version of yourself to creatively move through the art of
dance. For so many, the programs that I offer are so much more than just an art form. These
programs help our students develop as individuals through the freedom of creativity, social interactions with other students, discipline, healthy lifestyle and leading with your heart.

Jasmine Castigliano is a Teacher Librarian and the proud mom of

three kids, including the illustrator, Hannah Nordman! She lives in Oregon with her family that also includes two cats, a corn snake, a leopard gecko, and a husband. In her spare time she enjoys eating Reese’s Peanut Butter cups and hopes to one day have a pet opossum.

Hannah Nordman is a zoologist and dedicated animal enthusiast who integrates her extensive experience with animals into her passion for cartooning and drawing inspiration from her personal pets.

Wylanta is SLP who embarked on the communication adventure when she was 13, volunteering at a residential summer camp for kids with speech and language difficulties. Fast forward 30 years or so: her passion for authentic connections has combined with years of AAC training experience and collaboration with a wonderful non-profit board and community partners to bring Camp Connect4AAC to life. Wylanta’s personal goal is to help people open doors they never knew existed and say anything they want to say, anytime they want to say it.

As the founder and producer of One Stage Family Theatre, I am most proud to watch the performances and growth of the actors on stage. We work with children and adults and to see their confidence and all of their hard work pay off is a wonderful thing to be a part of. 
We specialize in inclusiveness and building a second family in a sense for our actors. We are proud of our accomplishments and especially our support in the community. We recently won Best Non-Profit in Yavapai County. What a great accomplishment.
